1. Purpose and acceptance
These terms of use (the "Terms") govern access to and use of the website www.quadtech.fr (the "Site") by any visitor (the "User"). The Site is published by QUADTECH, whose full identity appears in the legal notice. By browsing the Site, the User accepts these Terms without reservation. Users who do not accept them should refrain from using the Site.
2. Access and availability
The Site is accessible free of charge to any User with Internet access; access costs (equipment, connection) remain the User's responsibility. QUADTECH endeavours to keep the Site available at all times but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability: access may be suspended at any moment, in particular for maintenance, updates or for technical or security reasons, without notice or compensation.
3. Site content
The Site presents QUADTECH's products and services for information purposes only. The information published does not constitute a contractual offer, professional advice or any commitment regarding availability or service levels; obligations arise only from a written contract concluded with QUADTECH. QUADTECH may change, correct or remove any content of the Site at any time without notice.
4. Acceptable use
The User undertakes to use the Site in accordance with applicable law and these Terms. In particular, the User must not:
- interfere with the operation, security or integrity of the Site (intrusion, circumvention of security measures, deliberate overloading, code injection);
- carry out bulk or automated extraction of the Site's content (scraping, harvesting) beyond what standard indexing protocols allow;
- misuse the Site's forms or conversational assistant (spam, mass submissions, unlawful, offensive or misleading content, impersonation);
- reproduce or exploit the Site's content in breach of section 7.
5. Forms and requests
The Site offers forms (contact, audit request, demo request, beta-tester application, waitlist) for sending requests to QUADTECH. The User warrants the accuracy of the information submitted and undertakes to share only information they are entitled to share. Submitting a form creates no contractual obligation for QUADTECH, which remains free to follow up on the request or not. The processing of the related personal data is described in the privacy policy.
6. Conversational assistant
The Site may offer a conversational assistant designed to guide the User towards QUADTECH's information, products and services. The assistant's answers are generated automatically and provided for guidance only: despite the care taken in its configuration, they may be incomplete or inaccurate and constitute neither a contractual commitment nor professional advice. Any decisive information should be confirmed with the QUADTECH team via the contact page.
7. Intellectual property
All elements of the Site (texts, illustrations, graphics, logos, the QUADTECH and Storc AI trademarks, visual identity, structure, code) are protected under intellectual property law and remain the exclusive property of QUADTECH or its partners, as stated in the legal notice. Any reproduction, representation, modification or use, in whole or in part, without QUADTECH's prior written authorization is prohibited. The User is only granted a right to view the Site for their own use.
8. Hyperlinks
The Site may contain links to third-party websites: QUADTECH has no control over their content and accepts no liability for them. Linking to a page of the Site is permitted provided the link does not damage QUADTECH's image, does not create confusion as to the origin of the content and does not embed the Site within a third-party frame (framing). QUADTECH reserves the right to request the removal of any link that breaches these principles.
9. Liability
QUADTECH uses reasonable means to ensure the accuracy of the information published and the security of the Site, without warranting the absence of errors, omissions or vulnerabilities. To the extent permitted by law, QUADTECH shall not be liable for indirect damages arising from the use of, or inability to access, the Site, including loss of data, loss of business or commercial harm. The User is responsible for protecting their own equipment and data.

11. Changes to the Terms
QUADTECH may amend these Terms at any time, in particular to reflect legal, technical or functional developments of the Site. The applicable version is the one online at the time of browsing; its last-updated date appears at the top of the page.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute relating to their interpretation or performance, and failing an amicable resolution, jurisdiction is granted to the competent courts of Paris, subject to mandatory jurisdiction rules.
